Just wanted to know what the best Low Calorie/Carb protien supplement is (that is affordable)?
I am on a very regimented diet, watching every calorie and gram of fat, carbs and protien. With my normal daily intakes I am at my desired intake of each except I need more protien...
Thanks for your help!

well i would def. go with the optium 100% whey protein...if u mic it with 8 oz.'s of milk u get 30 grams of protein, but it is low in carbs. but when it comes to a shake u can add anything that had a good amount of carbs in it.

Isopure makes a quality protein, but is the low-carb chocolate actually good tasting?
