25 is the age when u stop growing. For women i think its 21 ot 20. Untill then, stretch every day for as long as you canm, especially before going to bed. Keep your back straight when you walk, sit, sleep. Eat foods that contain a lot of calcium: cheese pizza, just cheese, milk, yogurt, so on. Basketball, volleyball, swimming are very good for increasing your height. Bodybuilding doesnt stunt your growth if you train properly. Playing sports is very important.
Um there is a lot more things u can do but if you stick with all that, you will increase in height. I have.

Stadnegger is truly a sad piece of shit. Obviously the only thing he has going for him is his height. Why else would one depreciate others for their statures? Simply because he feels better by depeciating others which results in boosting his self-esteem. Sad! To those of you out there that aren't happy with your height, don't feel bad about it. Being tall is overrated. I can tell you what it's like, because I was only 5'3" when I was 17, and now that I'm 23, I'm 6'6.5". It really doesn't matter how tall you are, it's how you project yourself that matters. Check out Lee Priest, he's only 5'4" and many novices bodybuilders and adepts bodybuilders alike admire him. Being taller doesn't necessarily mean your chances of winning a fight is more likely. Trust me, I used to fight guys nearly a foot taller than me. Though I didn't exactly come out of those fights unscathed, I did come out the victor. Sometimes I do wish I was shorter. Maybe 6-8 inches shorter. Anyway, anything over 6' is pretty much excessive. Somewhere around 5'9" is fine. Remember, don't dwell on things you can't change.

its funny it seems that most posts to do with bodybuilding, etc, ALWAYS have arguments and cursing, i guess its the natural expression of the male ego... anyway, THERE IS NO ONE AGE THAT YOU STOP GROWING.
