Why do some guys in the gym walk around as if they have softballs stuck under their arms. They aren't even that big! These are the same guys that load the leg press or squat rack and do sissy knee bends and then tell everyone that they can squat over 500 lbs. LOSERS!!

Frankly, if they are using more weight, they will
develop better. Muscles, in every part must
contract, depending only on the amount of weight
presented. If they didn't overtrain by lifting
weights every week, they would see far more
