It's not unusual for your right arm to be bigger if your right handed, because your using it so much more. Since it's bigger and your using it more, try to use less weight for your right are than your left. It'll slow down the gain of the right, and speed up the gain on the left. When they're even, use equal weight again, until it happens again.
