I am a junior in college and playing basketball. I train very hard on the offseason and have taken supplements. I just wanted to know what kind of supplements to take during the season when I won't be lifting as much. I also want to keep up that energy for all of the practice time. What would be a good choice???

Anon,
If you want energy you should focus on what food you eat not what supplements you take.
If you want a slower even release of energy then I'd advise eating complex carbs like oatmeal, breads, rice, pasta etc... But if you want a quick burst of energy try eating simple carbs (sugars).
Another extremly imoprtant thing is your water intake. Your body only performs at its best when it is fully hydrated. You really should drink a gallon of water a day, or more in hot temperatures.
So the majority of your diet should be complex carbs and remember to drink as much water as possible.
However for training I'd avise drinking a glucose drink at the beggining, then sipping water at regular intervals for the duration of the session.

Take Endurox R4 from Pacific Health.

Thank you for all of the comments, but I was wondering what Endurox R4 is and where I could get it or get some information on it.
If anyone else has any comments, I would love to hear them.

Anon,
They don't sell Gatorade in the UK, so I don't know how good it is. But yes that or a similar sports drink would be fine.
