Synthol is a sterile oil sold under the guise of a posing oil, $300 a bottle. About 5 years ago an egghead discovered that you could inject it directly into a muscle to bloat the muscle up making it larger. Even though this is very dangerous and very...VERY painful, many pros use it to bring up week bodyparts such as calves and rear delts and whatever else. It dissapates after a month or so if injections are not kept up. Do not try this stuff please, its a very dangerous game.

There's this guy named Jaco Strauss. He's been in the muscle mags and now he'll be a wrestler in WCW. He sports 28" arms! They look so ridiculous because the rest of his body is so out of proportion with his arms. He said in one magazine that they aren't injected with anything, but you can just tell that they are! What a JOKE!
