Joe, go to http://www.bodymassindex.com and as soon as you will put your height and weight where it asks, you will get your answer.

Just remember that 25 is the optimum. With less than 25 you are thinner than normal, and with more, you are fatter than normal. And finally l gave you this system since you are only 15 and l don't think that you have any considerable muscle mass. (This system works only for guys and girls that don't have too much muscle mass, because since muscle is heavier than fat, that means that BMI is not working well for them).

I'm 5'2" and my BMI is 34. Is that bad?

l gave the site, go there, and then click where it says in the middle of the page "For the risk status of your Body Mass Index and waist measurement", to find out if your BMI is high.

mine is only 21.07, that is low huh?
yet I eat 6 meals a day and bench press 200 lbs after 1&1/2 years training. at 6" and 155lbs is that dangerouse. Cause I can't gain weight.

l would suggest to increase the calories that you eat in your 6 meals, or to add a 7th meal.
Also if you are doing any other sport activity try to reduce it to maximum. For people that trying to get bigger, when they are doing also too much cardio is impossimble.
l don't know if you are taking also a weight gainer, but if you don't l would suggest to take either Mega Mass 4000 from Weider, Gainers Fuel 2500 from Twinlab, or the Super Heavy Weight Gainer from Champion nutrition.

BMI readings are usually incorrect if you're a bodybuilder. When I was 15 I weighed 150 lbs. im 16 now and i weigh 170 (LIFT HEAVY, EAT HEAVY, REST HEAVY)
