What is up with this guy? His veins looks like they are going to explode. It looks unhealthy. Is this the side effect of years of drug abuse? The veins on his shoulders are coiled around and well...what's the deal here? Most of the other bodybuilders don't have it that bad.

Dillet injects so much insulin into his body that the veins got grotesque in order to carry all the hormones and shit floating around in there.

they are freaky! but then again, they are so awesome!! they add the over-all appearance to his freakish body! without them, he just wouldnt be paul dillet! they are almost like a trade mark! Gunter schliercamp has them like that in his legs. both are freakin awesome! one day i will be like that. I LOVE VEINS!
