my son is 14 years old and lifts weights 3 days a
week. he is 6feet4 and weights 271. should he drink this to help him grow bigger. someone told
us you had to be 18 are older. he plays football and is on the weightlifting team.please let us know about this . thank you

At 6'4" and 271 your son has enough height to be
playing the O-line but with these measurements at
14 I think you should seriously consider giving
the kid all you can start with creatine, protein
and multivitamins and then once he's 16 just go
for the roids, together bodybuilding.com and your

let's get this straight 14yrs.,around 271lbs. and 6'4 tall. Lady please i am 15 yrs old 125 lbs. and a 6 day a week bodybuilder. With about 3% body fat. That's bullshit. Im' 6'4 at 255. I have been training for 20 yrs which were consistent. My proportions are better than most, and if your animal is 6'4 at 271 lbs at 14, he's a freak. You plan of attack should consist of regular visits to an endocrinologist, cardiologist, etc. What the hell does he eat?? Stop feeding him the bullshit empty calories, and get broccoli, and some other good food into that frame. For Christ's sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
