I just realized something. I have been lifting for about a year. I have all the bodybuilding magazines, and I know a lot about bodybuilding but I have a few misc. questions.

1. If you eat a lot of protein, and still not making gains, it is possibly b/c you dont consume enough calories, right?

2. I just started taking Cell-Tech and Nitro Tech (I like Muscle Tech) does it matter if after the workout to take protein first and then Cell Tech of other way around.

3 Do you think I can pack on mass with this diet

7:00 Oatmeal 3/4 cup, banana, protien shake (40 G Protein)

12:00 Meso Tech Meal replacement bar (25 grams)

3:00 Yogurt and some other fruit 10 grams

3:30 Workout

5:30 Cell-tech, dinner, (chicken, some carb) 40g

8:30 protein shake 25 g.

Total 140 g of protein. Anything I should improve on? I would love to eat more protein, but I only like milk, cheese and chicken. I cant stand tuna, eggs, or a lot of fish. I only eat red meat occasionally. I do eat PB&J a lot too. I also drink H20

4.I am 11% BF so I am thinking about taking Hydroxycut, good idea? I am right in-between and I havent been able to make a decision to cut first of what? This week I started my Creatine cycle, so I stopped the cardio for a week. I usually do a high intensity 20-25 minutes after my workout.

5. If I have a cheat day, should I have it on the day I train, or the day after?

6. Do squats help your bench.?

7. Any supplements I should take other than creatine and protein? Thanks-any info appriciated sorry about the length, I had a lot on my mind.

You really should think about more food not "meal replacements." Those are gay so eat real food!!!!

With that diet...it sounds like you're getting
cut up for a contest rather than packing on
some quality mass.

Stick with the Nitro-Tech...I use and like it.
Cell-Tech is another good product.
The most important time to use either of these
products is upon waking in the morning...your
body is ready to consume some quality food and
some quality supplements thrown in. Also right
after a workout...when your body needs these
supplements to start the muscle building process.
Remember though..quality food and lots of it are
the foundation to building quality mass.
Don't be afraid to eat alot...as long as it is
quality food and not junkfood...you will provide
more nutrients for your growing muscles.

Let me ask you a question....why do you want to
use Hydroxcut? Are you getting ready for a
bodybuilding contest? If you feel you are carrying
to much body fat..and you did say you were 11%,
which is not real high..I would avoid any fat
burning products....use your diet to work for you.
Consume quality food...that's the key. Your cardio
workout will keep your metabolism high and help
assist you in burning fat naturally. This will
also allow you to consume all the quality food
you like...eat often..small frequent meals..every
3-4 hours...if you can't prepare a meal...try to
use Nitro-Tech for a protein meal.
Have a cheat day whenever you want...but only
once per week...I usually have mine on Sunday.
Squats are a very good exercise that effects
the growth of the whole body. You have alittle
over 400 muscles in the body and squats affects
a little more than 200 of those muscles...
Imagine...1 exercise effects that many muscles.
Will it help your bench...personally I don't
think it will increase your bench...Bench is
more upper body and requires strengthing the
required upper body parts to improve your bench.
Personally...I don't believe in every supplement
that comes out on the market...Remember...they
have to sell products to make money....New ideas
create new interest...everyone wants to try the
latest and greatest...it's all a sale's gimmick..
keep the customer interested and you rake in the
money.
Now creatine was one product that actually worked
for the general mass of people...I mean what it
actually does is cause the body to hold more
water...the same effect that most steroids cause.
That's why the hype was so big comparing creatine
gains to steroid gains....but it is still a good
product...remember...muscle are made up of water
and the more water you can introduce into the
muscle, the bigger it will look....
Now Protein is important because it is the
BCAA's--Branch Chain Ammino Acids..that helps
promote muscle growth on the genetic scale....
lasting muscle...building blocks.
So I would just stick with those two supplements..
and throw in a good multivitamin/mineral supplement...a B-Complex100 is good for energy.
An if you want and have the extra money...get you
a bottle of vitamin -E for the heart...make sure
you by a ---D alpha, and not a DL alpha...D alpha
is more natural....if you need any more help with
anything...drop me a note at
BUBBA_TORKER@YAHOO.COM later.

and find someone to send u steroids from other counties couse i read it somewhere that the grey market roids are mostly anything but not roids ..

Jeez dude, eat some meat.....those shakes are called supplements for a reason...they supplement your diet.....don't make them your diet!

Protein intake to gain mass should be AT LEAST 1.5 grams per body weight. Any less than this and forget it.

Actually you'll find that most studies find 1 gram to be more than enough
