This bill prohibits foreigners from posting comments that are offensive to Larry Licker and any other Real American. If any american finds this offensive, he or she or he/she or it/he or whatever has the right to verbally destroy the alien and his nation, and they can do it by any means necessary. There are 2 provisions

1. All foreigners have an obligation to read Larry's literary works 6 times a week and have them memorized.

2. No foreigner is allowed to verbally defend himself. He must apologize to the american and admit his homosexuality or else he will be sentenced to eternal exile to the gay section of the message board!!

I am going to need 4 responses for the bill to be passed.
