I have put on seminars in the Toronto area for awhile. They are not money makers. But the imformation that is given out is fantastic. Why do people put seminars down and what could be done to improve them? For the information given out is truely helpful to any athlete for everybody forgets things and a seminar brings thing back to lite.What are your experiances? WHO was the best person you witnessed?

I saw Lou Ferrigno in London, Ont. just after the very 1st MASTERS OLYMPIA and it was awesome! He did a seminar and guest posing along with the Western Ontario Championships. Lou has always been a favourite of mine along with Yates and Haney.
