What is the best, most cost effiecent way to get rid of body hair permanently? I've tried different creams, but some don't work as well as others. Any help?

If you really want to remove hair permanently, then the best method is to take a pot of boiling water and pour it on the hairy area. All hair will fall out, and the skin will be scared over. As we all know, hair doesn't grow on scar tissue. PS it might hurt a little, but no pain no gain. Let me know how this works out for you.

Ouch. The best way for me is Jan Tana Hair Remover. Not permanent but lasts a long time.

Shit man, I want more hair on my face and stuff, you people with nice facial hair are lucky, that's what I want!

By Anonymous on Sunday, February 06, 2000 - 03:17 am: Edit

How old are you, anonymous? What's your nationality? You're either just young, or it's in the genes that prevent you from having nice facial hair.

I'm in my early 20's, but it takes time, i mean, in some places, it's filled in nicely, but it other's it's so sparse. It comes in more and more each month, but it's still not enough. Maybe when i'm in my mid 20's it'll be really nice and full.

Well, I've got sparse facial hair, because I'm half Asian. If I get a good, clean shave, it would look as though I've never had facial hair. My five o' clock shadow can only be seen if one looks closely. My facial hair is so shitty, I can't even grow decent sideburns.

Do any of you guys shave/trim your chest ? I have a hairy chest and every few weeks I use a trimmers on it. Do you know if I stop trimming it will it grow back much faster & thicker than before or will there be any other weird effects ?

That's an old wive's tale. Any hair on your body (including facial) won't grow back thicker if you shave it. The root of the hair doesn't know what's going on up top, so it just keeps pumping out the same hair it always did.

What gives the illusion of coarser hair is the sharp end of the cut hair as it's growing back. When you shave the hair you leave a jagged end, and if you brush your hand over it it feels coarser.

Someone might say "Yeah, but when I started shaving my facial hair started to come in thicker". That's testosterone at work. Odds are when you started shaving that you were in your teens, and higher T levels made for thicker facial and body hair. So it's a case of false causation.

Well said G-Man.

Andros will help hair growth.

If you want permanent hair removal, get the laser treatment. I've seen it done, it's very simple. It works best with dark hair on light skin.

A permanent hair removal cream is actually on the market-I read about it in an Australian magazine-the testimonials from the users speak of the results-the hair either dissappears for good or even if it does grow back, it resembles fine baby like hair-Try this cream it's called

"Hair No More"-costing in the range of $40 to $60 Australian dollars-try it and mail me if you have results,
