Help!! I'm 16 and I have had puffy nipples since the age of 14, it is very embarrassing. I'm very strong for my size and have little body fat so they really stick out. I think it all started by taking creatine. I have taken it on and off for the past two years. I went to the docter and he said that this was "normal". If it is so normal then why doesn't that many people have it? I hate it, it ruins my life....... I wish there was some help to make it go away......

i have puffy nipples, and i'm in my early 20's. the only thing i have found that helps is { i know this sounds wierd but it works for me } it's an old folk remedy, cats milk, drink real cats milk, theres somethng in it that will make the puffiness go down. Just find a cat with young kittens, they won't mind if you take some milk

All of you are nuts. Mine are flat but ive seen tons of people with puffy ones nothing wrong w/that. First of all wtf is wrong with puffy nipples. Second its genetics, they will go away when they go away, or they wont, and NO CATS MILK DOES SHIT ALL, whoever used it his/her nipples probably just lost puffiness because it was the time for it. i mean sheesh. Hows puffy nipples ruining your life?? Unless they stick out like mini-penises which I doubt.

But anyhow, one thing that removes water is, as we all know, Prep H. It only does so for limited time and is being used by bodybuilders to remove unwanted extra water before competition. So if you compete or something maybe you wanna apply it to your nipples (I Disclaim ALL responsibility for what may happen - I never tried it and dont know anyone who did so I have no idea about the result, its just the logical thing to think of).

Does it feel like there is a hard ball of tissue behind the nipple? If so, then this is part of puberty. Too much of a certain hormone cuases it. It's supposed to go away eventually but surgery also works to take out the excess fatty tissue.
