I've been working out for almost a year now and Im starting to notice that Im getting stretchmarks. Just today I did my usual Shoulder workout then when I got home I noticed to marks on both sides of my traps on the front. I never seen them before. Is this normal? Does anyone know how I can get rid of them?

You can use a pycnogenal cream and vitamen e cream to help your skin regain its elasticity. Also if you gain weight really quickly you will devolpe sterchmarks. Keep that in mind when on a weight gain phase.

It's a scar cream made from onion extract. You
can buy it at most drug stores.

I´m FULL of stretch marks (in my upper body) because I got a lot of fat in a short period of time. I´ve also got stretch marks from natural muscle growth(!! no training at all!!) in my arms. Now that I´ve started body building I truly am afraid of getting more of them... I wouldn´t have a problem if I had just a few of them but now I look like a freak... :(

I have heard that you can do a few different things to lessen or stop from getting stretch marks in the first place. As below:
1. Make sure you are drinking at least one gallon of water daily (four litres roughly)
2. Intake of vitamin E daily to help you skin stay flexible.
3. Flax seed oil daily intake.
4. Apply a vitamin E cream to the selected areas or to your whole body.
Hope this helps you guys, like I said do some or all of the above and this should prevent or lessen the stretch marks.
