hi, i have been lifting seriously for a year now. i have made nice gains, and i am happy with my results. i do wish to know how to improve vascularity, however. i am ver defined, but hardly vascular. what can i do to improve?

Increase Carbo decrease protein.
Increase intensity of workouts shorter period.
That may help.

I know what you are talking about. I can not get my veins to pop out no matter what I do and there is nothing hotter than seeing those veins popping out of a rock hard forearm!

Basically the only real way to have veins popping out is the same way you'll get your abs to show well.
Drop your body fat to the 7-11% mark for the best , healthiest results.
