the other day i was doing some squats. My routine had been 3x5 225lbs. a few weeks ago, i decided to shatter my plateau and explode my quads into a whole new direction of power.
Well, this time i did my warm up set with 135lbs (10 reps) after that i slapped on an extra plate on each side. I sunk into the full deep squat position...what was this? it felt as if i only had 135lbs on my back (too easy), but then i looked in the mirror, and low and behold, there was 225 on there. A gleam came into my eye, and thats when i knew it was time to rock n' roll! Goddamn, I got the friggin eye of the tiger.
