kim, eat right first of all, second get in the gym adleast three or four days a week, train your arms and chest together, then train back and shoulders, and then your legs. Plus always make time for cardio. You might also want to consider supplementation, diet pills, creatine, and/or ephidren, good luck, you can look for me in the chat room, just look for Pecs. Good luck.

Kim, you need to pump that body up and show us all how big and powerful you are. Take steroids and eat everything in sight and PUMP IRON until your body has grown into Muscular Perfection, I know youcan do it! Shine on!

I know that steriods can break down a man's bones and if he stops, he will become small again, but i have been reading about male and female hormones and steroids is mainly male hormone, testosterone. women have a little of that and men have a lot, so i think that if women take steroids, it'll only do good and increase our muscles because testosterone is what makes men stronger than us women anyway.
if anyone disagrees, and has proof, let me know.

Kim you posted a very general question. If you were more specfic I could be more helpful. Any ways not knowing your goals or training I will assume that you are trying to add size. With that being the goal figure out your maintence calioric intake by writting down every thing you eat or drink for a week and see if you add weight or just maintain or lose weight. Of course having your body fat taken before and after the week would be optimal. Anyway after you do this add 300-500cals to your diet if adding muscle weight is your goal. If you want to lose fat and gain muscle then eat around maintaince calories. If fat loss is your goal then eat 250-500cals less than maintence. Since your just starting out I would stick to basic movements to build your body.(Sqauts, benches, rows, and pull-ups or pulldowns, and most women also like to focus on thigh and tricep work so do that to. As far as the nutrition aspect goes the standared concept is one gram of protein per pound of body weight. I'll suggest 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of bodyweight. For fat intake eat nuts, seeds.fatty fish, and healthful oils in moderation. As far as supplements go a protein powder and vitamen thats high in calcium are the place to start.
