Dear Readers,
What is the formula for gaining mass?
Mass= Intensity x Amino Acids x Recuperation???
I've been bodybuilding for just over a year now,
but when I look at my body I still consider myself a beginner.
Is it good to measure yourself with a tape measure?
and if for example I put the tape measure around my biceps/triceps how many millimetres approximately should I grow in one month.
I'm 17 ,5'8 ,62kg
When I started about a year ago I was really well motivated, but now and sometimez I just can't discipline myself 2 go downstairs into the basement and workout. What is the best thing I can do 4 motivation?
Much Thanx and Appreciation.

Hey Ryan,
Motivation can be a bitch sometimes, but you gotta do it CAUSE MUSCLE IS SEXIER THAN FAT! The things that motivated me were to post cut outs of BB in my room, people who have body parts that I want, Id put the pictures really close to my bed so that before I would fall asleep and right when I would wake up, thats what Im looking at. As well, put up pictures of yourself in shorts and a t-shirt so you have something to stare at and compare yourself to- something to strive for. Another thing that might be helpful would be, lets say you have really tiny legs and you want them to grow, always wear shorts, wherever you go, to the gym, out to the mall ANYWHERE so that you have the constant reminder of what you want to change.
Now to build mass- eat at least one gram of protein per POUND of body weight, eat a moderation of carbs, try not to do any cardio, drink lots of water, and REST! I cant stress this enough, your muscles tend to heal more your second day after working them...it is very important to give them the right amount of time to recuperate....
Hope it works for you!
