Hi Vince. I am a bit confused about some aspects of the stack: sustanon, deca, dianabol and clomid that you recommend to me. I dont understand what do you mean by, for example deca 300mg/week for weeks 1-6. And why you didnt put any anti-estrogen like Nolvadex to prevent gyno?

I am taking about 4,000 calories right now. Its this ammount ok when I start the cycle or you recommend taking more?

It means you inject deca, 1 shot of 300 mg every week, for the 1st through 6th week of the stack.He didn't include Nolvadex because not everyone needs it.

4000 cals might be enough but the more you can get the better. especially where protein is conecerned. Both Deca and sustanon operate through Nittrogen retention and will give you more benefit if you get more protein. Depending on the dose every gram counts.

pumpii: get some nolvadex and keep it on hand, if you have symptoms of gyno, start taking 10mg ed, if they persist, take 20mg ed.

you need to take in at least 2 grams of protein per lb of bodybweight. a good rule of thumb is to take in 22x your bodyweight in calories to make maximum gains.

What are the early symptoms of gyno? Cat I am in the middle of my nordiol-androdiol stack and today my right nipple is a little hard and sensitive....is this a sign of gyno? Im a little scared...what to do guys? I just stopped the cycle today and took ZMA before sleep. ED means each day right (regarding Nolvadex)?

Itchy nipples are common and will go away after use. you only need to concern yourself if it looks swollen or puffy, that could be the onset of gyno.

Don't worry Vince, I'm not in your league on this yet. I mean i get steroids pretty much inside out, but on the practical side I don't know jack. Since the Europeans will be my last competition I may start venturing that way some time next year.

Are you serious about 22 times your bodyweight ? I usually cycle like 18 to 22 when bulking when not taking steroids. Wouldn't you benefit from taking in more (provided you could of course) ?

Are you shitting me ? You are looking at 10 or more pounds of gains potentially. you pay 300+ bucks for Muscltechs ANA stack and that will give you absolutely zero gains. You will spend 300 bucks easily on a good stack of 1AD. And you think 340 bucks is a lot ?

If I had any assurance that all that I got was legit, i'd hop on that in a heartbeat.

$340 is cheap, try getting domestic prices even close to that lol

Make sure you check the deca though, if its a 2ml amp of 100/mgs a ml then 18 amps would have you taking 600 mgs a week for 6 weeks.

I've never even heard of those. European Deca invariably comes in 50mg. Easier to use, the only prob is you need a lot of amps to make a stack. I was thinking, if I started using I'd start of on some Deca for 6-8 weeks using 200 mg a week. Maybe add in like 250 mg testoviron. I can get both legal in those doses if I'm careful.

Sorry forgot about that, we don't have health plans here, European countries are bit more social in that area, the government reimburses a large percentage of medical expenses.
