Anyone have any suggestions for a new back workout; mine is coming to the end of its useful lifespan. What do you folks find works for you, when geared up?

i believe in volume training, some will disagree with this routine but it works for me....
my current back routine is:
hyper ext. for warmup... 1-2 sets of 15
deads 4 sets of 4-6 reps
barbell rows (heavy) 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps, reg. grip or underhand grip.
v-bar pulldowns to the front 3-4 sets of 6-8
seated low cable rows 3-4 sets of 6-10
behind da neck wide grip pulldowns 3-4 sets 6-8rs
barbell shrugs heavy 3-4 sets of 4-6 reps
supersetted with db shrugs for 1 set
and i train the neck on back day too with a neck developer 3-4sets of 12-15 reps (light)
