request a court date to fight it. go to the clerk of the court and ask for a motion of discovery. itll get you all the cops records and certifications and if any of them are out of date or have any errors you win by default. other times the cops dont bother to show up to court so you win.

Ronin is right that could help you win it, however if you do an appeal it will be sent up to a higher court who dont care about it and have no room on the docket for it so it will be in a black hole for a long while then dismissed to clear the docket. always appeal...... Good Luck!

Officer Iron.........how do you feel about ordering international. Is it safer to get it rushed here and sign for it or just take its time and do not have to sign. or does it really even matter, getting ready to order and just would like some advice............good job Big V

The safest way is to use a drop box like Mailbox etc. and it is well worth having one to stay safe. The rush thing is actually going to fly more flags then the normal shipping , all Customs and postal Offices now have Interdiction units that look for Indicators and specific things, so the Priority items get hit hardest by them, the bad thing is the Postal guys will deliver it to you and upon you receiving it that is when it goes to hell for ya. It would be safer to use standard shipping and nothing flashy, also AVOID the USPS if you can, use another carrier then all you have to deal with is Customs. Hope this helps. Drop Boxes are the way to go.

It is safer because you can have it placed in an Alias name and most all have 24 hour pick up box's so you can leave it and get it anytime and trust me no one gives a darn about a personnel use amount of roids much less going to set up on the mailbox for 24hrs a day. Use UPS or Fed-Ex and stay away from USPS, pick it up at in a Alias's named mailbox, addressed to an Alias name and you should have no probs.
