Description: This drug is injectable testosterone suspended in water. This drug has been used since the 1940’s where it was primarily used by Russian athletes and German soldiers. Suspension is still a favorite of athletes who like the immediate effects of the drug. Being water based, it gets in the blood in a matter of hours and has a life of around a day -- requiring frequent administration. Many elite bodybuilders have long term suspension habbits and many power lifters like the increased aggression from the androgenic properties of suspension. Some athletes take the drug the morning of a contest and claim it makes their muscles look harder and fuller. Testosterone suspension is simiar to Anadrol, it can produce major changes in the physique; however, it is one of the most dangerous and problematic steroids.

Effective Dose: 100 mg every other day.

Side Effects: Injections are painful leading to an uncomfortable cycle. Being high in androgens, suspension aromatizes easily and it is hard on the liver. Testosterone suspension will severely suppress the natural pituitary hormone axis, resulting in serious but temporary atrophy of the testicles and infertility. As suspension converts to DHT in the system, acne and male pattern baldness can result. As with other testosterones, users often find that the rapid gains they made can quickly dissipate after the drug use is discontinued. Increased aggression and increased sex drive are other common side effects associated with the use of this water based testosterone -- the long term use can lead to impotence and sexual dysfunction.
