Basic Info
1. Workout Name:
Choose a descriptive name for your workout. If you call it "Bob's Workout", then that won't really help people when they are choosing a workout. Try something more like, "Bob's 3-Day Dumbbell-Only Workout For Mass".
2. Your Name (Optional):
You can include your name or alias if you want. It will show up on the workout page! This is 100% optional.
3. Your E-Mail (Optional):
You can include your email address for people to contact if you if they have questions or comments about your workout. This is also how we will contact you if you win the $100. We will not use your e-mail address for ANY other reason. This is 100% optional.
4. Short Description:
Type a short description (one paragraph) for this workout. Try to be descriptive and give some reasons why you like this workout.
Example:"One of my favorite HIT workouts! This one helped me gain 10 pounds of muscle in one month. It is good because it helps you to avoid overtraining and it focuses on the main compound exercises. Go heavy and get ready for some great results!"
5. Type:
You have two choices. Is this a split bodypart workout where you work different bodyparts on different days (like chest and biceps on one day, back and triceps on another day, and so on) or is it a full body workout program where you work your full body on each workout day?
6. Main Goal Of Workout Program:
What is the MAIN goal of this program? Many workouts fall into multiple categories, but what is the MAIN goal? If your workouts's main goal is not listed, e-mail us at ceo@bodybuilding.com right away!
7. How Many Days Per Week Is This Workout Program?:
How many days per week do you workout (with weights) with this program? If it is not on a weekly schedule, just approximate.
8. How Many Different Workouts Are There?:
Not how many days per week, but how many different workouts are there? If you use the same workout for 3 days a week, you would choose 1. If you have a program where you have 3 different workouts (each one for different bodyparts), you would choose 3, even if you do them more than once per week each.
Schedule
9. What Type Of Daily Schedule Does This Program Follow? Answer The Following Questions:
True or False: This workout program is done on the same days each week (like a Monday, Wednesday, Friday type of schedule):
If you selected FALSE, then what type of schedule does it follow?
How many times does the above ON/OFF schedule repeat until you start at the beginning again?
Note: If your workout schedule does not fit into either of those types of schedules, please e-mail your workout to us at ceo@bodybuilding.com.
