Andreia Brazier is a true champion. In her short career, this Brazilian beauty has competed in and won three major events in the WBFF. Her incredible physique, double-take definition, carved abs, drop-dead looks, and dazzling stage presence have won her repeated victories, and she's hungry for more.

When you win an event like the WBFF Worlds and become a Fitness Model champion, you get a lot of attention. Since winning last August, Andreia has taken on a faithful following. From her home in Dubai, she rules over the fit world with her personal training company, A1Lifestyle.

Bodybuilding.com caught up with Andreia to talk work, workouts, and the upcoming 2013 WBFF Worlds on August 23-24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Q. As WBFF Worlds defending champion, is there a lot of pressure for you to repeat?

Brazier: No pressure at all. I am following my way and working hard for it. I believe it's always worth it to follow your dreams while enjoying or avoiding any kind of pressure. This balance is very important.

As the show gets closer, have your workouts become more intense?

Actually, my workouts are more intense the rest of the year! With the WBFF Worlds show getting closer, my workouts become less intense. I use this method to benefit from new fitness gains I achieve when varying my training technique.

In the past year, how has the exposure of the WBFF changed your life? Are you the same woman you were in 2012?

I am a stronger woman this year, happier, and am now the proud owner of my own business.

Paul Dillett, the WBFF founder, has changed so many people's lives. What I love about WBFF is that the organization cares about supporting and promoting its athletes. Paul and his staff make sure to provide us with the best stage settings for perfectly planned shows. That is one more reason that makes the WBFF so special.

Who is your biggest competition in 2013?

My biggest competition this year, as it has always been, is to keep improving myself. We always have room for improvements.

Who is designing your outfits for the competition this year? Do you have different designers for each look?

For 2013, I put my trust for show preparation concerning my costume, looks, and theme in my own company, A1Lifestyle, which is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I have two different costumes for the two presentation appearances on the stage. The first presentation will be with a beautiful bikini, and the second one, the final presentation on stage, will be with a beautiful free-style costume.

Does training others help you as an athlete?

I have always trained myself and it has helped me to be a better athlete and professional by helping the others.

When you're not competing, what do you do for fun?

I like going out for nice coffee and lunch, watching shows, having a spa treatment. However, I most enjoy getting away for a relaxing time.

What do you think fitness competitions will do for you long-term?

Many more trophies!
