All raises are done using the same cable machine.

Giant Set - View video for exercise demonstrations.

    • Side Delt Raise (single arm): 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
    • Rear Side Delt (palms out, lean forward): 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
    • Front Delt Raise: 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
    • Rear Delt Raise: 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
