Directions

    1. Heat stove to med/med low.

    1. Oil pan with 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    1. Add 8 shakes of Salt to pan.

    1. Add Green Onions to pan.

    1. Pour Egg mixture into pan.

    1. Use Spatula for even cooking.

    1. When Eggs are almost cooked add 1/4 cup of Tomatoes.

    1. Add 1 oz Low Fat Shredded Cheese.

  1. For a fun and fancy garnish roll up a Basil Leaf and cut it into slices.
