Over 45 athletes competed in the 3rd Annual Gold's Gym Treasure Valley Classic Body Building, Fitness, & Figure Championships this past weekend in Boise, ID at Timberline High School.

There were athletes from British Columbia, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. All the athletes were in great condition and all were proven to be champions!

Featured Guest Posers were defending Gold's Classic Champion and Idaho's Top Natural Pro Craig Toth along with Alaska's top athlete and seven time overall champion Matt Lowden.

The show ran very smoothly with the Master of Ceremonies Lance Henning of Gym Outfitters in Boise, ID and the stage was accessorized with bodybuilding.com's CEO Ron DeLuca's personal custom chopper built by Orange County Custom Choppers.

Figure Division:

Overall figure champion was a split decision and went to Rebecca Wayne of Boise edging out Terina Terril of Creston, B.C.

Fitness Division:

Overall Fitness champion went to the energetic Denise Schuster of Twin Falls, ID.

Women's Division:

Overall Women's Bodybuilding Champion went to the very crowd pleasing Pamela Hannem from Boise, ID.

Men's Junior Division:

Overall Men's Junior, Novice, & Masters Champion went to Brandon Adams of Twin Falls, ID.

Men's Division:

Overall Men's competition was a very tough class and a split decision that went to the super shredded and muscular Cody Plumb of Spokane, WA over Boise's ripped Rod Luddington.

Conclusion

This show was a sanctioned Alaska Bodybuilding Fitness Federation (ABFF) show as all the athletes received Robin Hood swords for the overalls, sculpture concept awards, supplements from bodybuilding.com, kre-alkalyn, & kre-a-fem.
