 Why I Got Started
With a family medical history, I was worried and decided I should make a change to my life. I also felt that age is catching up with me and I should really look into keeping myself as healthy as possible. I wish to live longer and not look like a typical housewife.

 How I Did It
As a housewife and mother of 2 sons, age 10 and 6 respectively, I almost had my whole day to myself besides doing house chores and taking care of my sons. With the plenty free time I had, I read up on health magazines and planned a workout and diet for myself. My workouts are done in my home gym, allowing me to still spend time with my children while still keeping fit!
I have to thank God that my husband is supportive. He bought me the equipment I needed for cardio and weight training. He never fails to make me happy everyday in my life. It took me close to 3 months to lose almost 15 pounds off my body.

 Supplements
I used Nutrex Lipo 6 throughout my entire dieting phrase to keep me going. It's really effective to me and it keeps me energized which is what I love. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is also my staple in my supplement list.
 Diet
Daily diet of mine consists of 6 small meals, 2-3 hours apart.

 Training
Due to the lack of equipment as I train in my home gym, my exercises are performed mostly using dumbbells and barbells. Weights' training is done 3 times per week. Cardio is done everyday on an empty stomach right in the morning.
Day 1: Shoulders & Triceps
Abs: Performed After Every Workout
All exercises are done in the 12-20 repetition range except for crunches and leg raises.
 Suggestions For Others
It took me close to 3 months to lose almost 15 pounds off my body. The process of dieting is tough, but once you get used to it and see changes to your body day by day, you'll be happier than before. Age is no excuse, NEVER GIVE UP!
