This week I started alternating calories daily slightly by adjusting protein every other day. I also added 15 minutes of cardio after my workouts - usually intervals of running & walking on treadmill.
This week my schedule was as follows. I do 30 minutes of cardio on the bike Monday through Friday and 15 minutes of cardio on workout days. I practiced my routine Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday along with tanning these days. On sunday I went on a 45 minute hike!

I increased a.m. cardio to 7 days a week. In the weekdays, I do 30 minutes of cardio and Saturday. On Sunday, I have a 30-45 minutes of walking/hiking through trails. I stayed at 15 minutes of cardio after workout days (4 days a week). I tanned 4 days this week and practiced my routine as well (routine now finished just practicing to clean up transitions and fix minor imperfections). I did a photo shoot on Saturday for Electronic Journals of Martial Arts & Sciences ejmas.com I would like to thank the photographers Fred Hunsberger & Kim Taylor from Physical Training: Fitness for combative

I kept cardio the same this week and tried a cardio class on Wednesday for an hour (to hard on joints and still sore from previous days workout - not for me!). I started Pilate's Level 1 class as extra training for a 1 hour Class 8-9 Tuesday nights. The follows as my practiced routine 4 days and tanned 4 days. I included extra carbs on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast this week only as my trainer thought I was looking a little flat and wanted to try and fill up my muscles - more carbs, I wasn't complaining!
Now at 6 weeks out from Nationals. My plan for this coming week is to add 5 minutes to each of my morning and night cardio sessions!
