Well I am back on track, there have been no updates for the last 2 weeks because I miscalculated the time left to go for the show. The last 2 weeks have been great, packed with awesome workouts and the diet is going very well.

Here is what my diet looks like as of Monday. My weight is around 185.

6:00 A.M.

2 Scoops of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
1 tbs Flax oil
1/2 cup of oatmeal

9:00 A.M.

1 can of tuna
4 oz of chicken
1 cup of Brocolli
(little bit of soya sauce)

11:30 A.M.

8 oz chicken
1 cup of mixed veggies

2:00 P.M.

1 can of tuna
4 oz of chicken
1 cup of Brocolli
(little bit of soya sauce)

3:30 P.M. (Pre-workout)

1 Scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
½ cup of oatmeal

6:30 P.M. (Post-workout)

4 egg whites
4 oz if chicken
½ cup of cauliflower
1 scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
