This week I have modified my diet a bit by lowering my carb intake again. Here is what my diet looks like as of Monday. My weight is still around 185-190. Training is going awesome! My legs seem to be always a bit tired and sore, this is caused by the intense workouts and the relentless amout of cardio I do. I am now up to 30 minutes in the morning and 45-60 after my night workout. I am starting to feel confident in my posing seeing new cuts every day, this is what keeps me going.
To my surprise I have not had any major cravings as of yet, this is a first. By this time I am usually killing for a muffin or a pizza. I will gage things in about a week or two to see if I will allow myself a cheat meal before the show, last contest my last cheat was at 6 weeks.
Added 2 serving of FlaxSeed oil with my shakes.
6:00 A.M.
2 Scoops of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
1 tbs Flax oil
1 cup of oatmeal
9:00 A.M.
1 can of tuna
4 oz of chicken
1 cup of Brocolli
(little bit of soya sauce)
11:30 A.M.
8 oz chicken
1 sweet potato
1:30 P.M.
8 oz lean steak
3:30 P.M. (Pre-workout)
1 can of tuna
4 oz of chicken
1 cup of Brocolli
1 Scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
1 tbs Flax oil
6:30 P.M. (Post-workout)
8 egg whites
1 scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
