This week I have modified my diet a bit by lowering my carb intake again. Here is what my diet looks like as of Monday. I am a bit surprised my weight has not gone down faster than is, I am still about 190 and getting leaner. I have also added the following supplements to my regime. The CTF is for my joints, this will enable me to keep on lifting the heavy weight I am used to lifting without getting sore and to protect my joint.

1500 mg of Vitamin C
1 scoop of CTF (Connective Tissue Factor) another product to be released by the Muscle Network.

6:00 A.M.

2 Scoops of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
1 cup of oatmeal

9:00 A.M.

1 can of tuna
4 oz of chicken
1 cup of rice
(little bit of soya sauce)

11:30 A.M.

8 oz chicken
1 sweet potato

1:30 P.M.

8 oz lean steak
1 cup of broccoli
(little bit of soya sauce)

3:30 P.M. (Pre-workout)

2 Scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail

6:30 P.M. (Post-workout)

8 egg whites
1 scoop of DigestPro Protein
1 Scoop of CreaGro Creatine cocktail
