Background
I started training when I was about 16, just as something different to do. I do not count these 2 first years as I did not train too much or very seriously. When I graduated from high school, I started to train more seriously and did my first contest at 19. I won the overall Junior title. I was then hooked.
Below are pictures from July 21st, 2002, the day before I start my contest preparation. I just came off a 2 week vacation and have gained a few unwanted pounds, the cardio is going to be started right away. I am have been waiting for this for a wile now, I am mentally and physically ready to do battle once again! I have made great gains in the last 3 months, putting on an extra 10 pounds of lean muscle mass since my last show in March of this year. Like the show in March, I will be competing naturally. I hope my transformation in these next 3 months will change people's minds about natural bodybuilders. These days with great supplements, a good diet and an intense training regime, there is no need for steroids.
