I will have a full article covering everything from when and how much of the supplements I took, my training routine, my eating, my stats before and after and my pics. My wife asked if I was on steroids, hehe. My mom asked the same question just a couple of days ago. That made me feel great!

People up at my work are really starting to take notice as well. My target weight is 220 and I should reach that in the next couple of weeks. Look for the complete update sometime after Dec. 30th.
