My First Journal Update!

You know I started a new mass building program on Monday as well a new supplement schedule. I am taking BCAA's, Creatine, Whey Protein, Maxabol, Methoxy-Pro and Pregnenalone.

On Monday, I worked out my chest and arms. On Tuesday, I did my shoulders and traps, and on Wednesday I did forearms and calves. I noticed my muscles felt fuller and harder than normal - I can almost feel my body growing! So last night I decided to take my measurements...


Measurements

On Sunday, I took my measurements so I could keep up with a good journal for an article for my mass routine. My arms on Sunday, cold, were 16¾", pumped they were 17½". My arms on Wednesday night (cold) are now 17". That's ¼" and I have only trained my biceps. Wow!

I can't wait to see the final results. I will have a picture at the end of this program to compare with the one already posted. I am also keeping a good journal of the time and amount of the supplements I am taking.
