The upper body workout is buffered by intense bursts of HIIT cardio. The lifts are basic, but make sure to watch the videos to know your proper form. This workout is all about intensity. There is little rest and even less room to sit and bemoan your plight or pain.
You don't have time to whine. You barely have time to work out. That is why this trainer exists, to save you time by energizing your entire body in just 21 days!
Note: The entire workout is performed without rest.
Apply to whatever you have available: bike, elliptical, etc.
Cardio Intervals 1: 20 min total
Weighlifting Circuit: 2 rounds
Cardio Intervals 2: 10 min
Weighlifting Circuit: 2 rounds

While Bodybuilding.com has great products, great prices and lots of freebies, you ultimately end up paying the same as you would if you had bought them in India. The difference is made up in the shipping charges and the Customs duty. Talking from personal experience.
i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off. suck my **** op suck my ****.
This looks like just a very intense cardio session. I guess 3 weeks off the heavy weights wouldn't decrease strength all that much but I am dubious as to the (bro) science behind this technique.
you will lose a good amount of muscle and strength on this program. But it is the price that you gotta pay to lean down that much in that short amount of time
yeah diet is a joke for sure, this workout for a short term would probably be really good for fat loss for a bigger individual, maybe for someone trying just to main tain size could use heavier weights and add 1 more round of circuit to the program. i'm going to start monday and take before pics .. but i'm not taking their supplements or following that diet plan. i'll make a log on the forums.
I just did this workout today for the first time to actually see for myself how hard it was. Not only was it hard and I was worked out like crazy but... when I met up with my friends they all were commenting on how jacked I looked. I was kinda shocked actually at how much I liked this workout. Eeek! I'm gonna stick with this workout and diet for 21 days.
That's what I say. My wife is skeptical because I've done other programs, and didn't see or get the results I wanted. I don't know maybe they were too long (12wks), but this is only 3 weeks of diet/exercise. I can do this easy. I'm really motivated now that my wife doubts that I'll see any result. I'm going to order it next week.
well, not a fan of all the diet and supplements that are being advertised. as for the training, for me this is perfect. An hour a day, mixture of cardio and weights. Definately going to spend three weeks training like this, different diet though.
