Why I Started
I wanted to gain muscle and strength. I also wanted to impress girls.
How I Did It
I began lifting weights at the age of 12 in 2002 to bulk up for football. I did not have a lot of money so I began lifting rocks. After my 13th birthday I saved enough money to buy a barbell set. During several weeks I noticed bulges in my biceps but my chest was still undeveloped.
I continued to lift weights for a few more years but it was not until the year 2006 when I found the system that worked best for me. I started to study up on Isometric exercises and practiced my own set faithfully each day. Within days I began to notice amazing results and that's when my muscles seemed to get larger in size and strength.
