Why I Got Started

I was always the pretty face, chubby body girl. I never was able to be in a 2-piece bikini, about to turn 20 and these should be my years I should be loving and living up.

I looked into the mirror one day and just stood there and cried because I let myself get to a size 11/13 pant size. I wanted to know how it felt to be happy and healthy!

How I Did It

Training

Monday through Saturday I do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before breakfast. Sunday is my rest day so I usually go to the park or do some outside sports.


Suggestions For Others

Being a female and new to the whole "fitness scene", I just chose the workouts and routines that worked for me. I always did cardio first thing in the morning and that seemed kick start my day!
