Why I Got Started
I was always the pretty face, chubby body girl. I never was able to be in a 2-piece bikini, about to turn 20 and these should be my years I should be loving and living up.
I looked into the mirror one day and just stood there and cried because I let myself get to a size 11/13 pant size. I wanted to know how it felt to be happy and healthy!
How I Did It

Suggestions For Others
Being a female and new to the whole "fitness scene", I just chose the workouts and routines that worked for me. I always did cardio first thing in the morning and that seemed kick start my day!
Taking Xenadrine Ultra kept me feeling good and full throughout the day also! I love group fitness classes, so ladies if your afraid of the "gym floor" start taking classes until you feel comfortable.
Some group fitness classes have weights incorporated so you can take what you learn and apply it to the gym!
