Why I Got Started

I was sick and tired of being a small, skinny kid, so I decided to start lifting weights. I started reading magazines and learning different techniques and meal plans and started putting them to use.

How I Did It

I ate the same stuff everyday and pushed myself to the limit every time I hit the weights. I kept track of how much weight I was lifting and the next time I did those excercises I would try to increase the weight but still do all my reps properly.
