Why I Got Started
Throughout my teen years I was always extremely skinny. At parties I was scared to take off my shirt because everyone would make fun of me. I was never picked for teams because I was weak, and I just didn't feel good about myself.
One day, I convinced my mom to buy me an Ab Lounge as well as MuscleTech Whey. After getting some abdominal definition, I still wasn't happy, I wanted to get big.
Eventually I came across Bodybuilding.com, which has been my inspiration throughout my entire transformation, and I learned the basics of nutrition and exercise programs.
How I Did It
I bought a home gym and just started doing a split. After seeing my weekly results, I knew I would never stop, so I started investing myself in bodybuilding. I am in my gym for an hour and a half a day, and those are the hours I look forward to.
I started out with MuscleTech products (NaNO Vapor, Anabolic Halo, and Nitro-Tech). After visiting Bodybuilding.com and doing hours of research, I switched to SciVation products. Now that I am doing the anabolic diet, I have switched to Controlled Labs products due to the low carbohydrate content.

I never plan a rest day, but if I can't workout one day, I make it my rest day.
Suggestions For Others
I know most of you will get tired of hearing this, but EAT. I counted calories one day and found I was getting 500 less than I thought! Don't check the mirror every day, because you won't see any progress; the same goes with the scale. Use any negative comments about you as motivation to continue training harder!
