I think for the right result, You should work on all of your muscles. Mootoogamer, Shoulder and Chest are also my favorite muscle groups, but training only those group will not help too much to build muscles. Training legs are very important, as more muscles, more calories burned, and more nutrient it take. You cannot expect full result without training your legs as this is the biggest muscle group of your body. And what about symmetry? Do a complex workout plan.

never owned my of shakes or supplements, I have may had the odd shake off a friend and that's it really. Eating well and being a fiend for my man protein does the job

Hey guys Im 15 and I'm wondering if I'm stunting my growth or doing any harm by doing this workout routine every 2 days (and a 3 day break sometimes)

400 Pushups (in sets of 50 with a very small break in between every 10)
120 or 136 Situps (in sets of 36 or 48, so 12x3, 12x4, 12x4)
77 Chin Ups (11x7)
56 Pull ups (7x8)
50 Reverse Push ups (10x5)

I do it in this order and I do some light stretches at the end (and I like to push myself hard). I've gradually built up the amount of reps over 4 months now. I've got some pain in my elbow as well and I'm not so sure if its because I'm not working the muscle in my inner arm or because I'm some serious harm to my body. A good, qualified answer will be helpful. Thanks

Hi, first of all, i too started off when i was 15, and trust me i feel great, everyone appreciates me and gets amazed that at such a young age, i workout and i have quite a decent body. I am 6 feet tall, and i have really broad shoulders, and i don't thin k working out has stunned my growth at all.
Starting out with bodyweight exercises is perfect, there is no harm in that, but just make sure you do not over train your self. I too started out with some body weight exercises and did functional movements and did crossFit for a year, so there is no problem in that.
About your pain, GET IT CHECKED.the first thing to do is that, because even if it heals on its own its just scar tissue and its not as strong as your real body fibers, so just get it checked to be on the safe side; and please keep a spotter around, just to cjeck your form and help you if needed, there aint no harm in that.

Genetics plays an important role in that. My arms are lankier than rest of my body, and so are my dad's; but genetics is not an excuse, push yourself and train the weaker?smaller body groups more and more efficiently, you will surely see great results, cheers.

and plus do HIIT cardio as that will maintain muscle and loose your fat
