Q. Can you name some mental benefits you have noticed from weight training?

A. I think it builds confidence in people. You learn discipline.

Q. Can you name some physical benefits you have noticed from weight training?

A. You learn your body better...naturally exercise makes you feel better. It can help you excel in a sport being in better condition. [Faster, stronger etc.]

Q. What keeps you motivated through all these years?

A. I just have a passion for the training ever since I first picked up a weight. I was bitten by the ''ironbug'' its sport that involves you and your whole self, mentally, physically.

Q. Why did you decide to be a pro bodybuilder?

A. I wanted to see if I could achieve this goal. I loved the sport so I wanted to see if I could earn a living from what I love.

Q. What does your workout routine look like?

A. It's very basic... 2-3 exercises for big body parts.... 2-3 sets per exercise...4-6 reps.. Strict and heavy...smaller body parts it but one or two exercises. I train each body part once a week.

Q. Why have you decided to stay natural?

A. I promised my parents I would never use drugs, and I have always been happy with my progress. I am very patient ''Rome wasn't built in a day'' is how I look at it

Q. What are some accomplishments that you're proud of?

A. Well being on top of national and international level since 98 [always placed in top 5] and the biggest is going pro as a drug free athlete.

Q. Any tips you could give for bodybuilders who might be looking to turn pro?

A. First off, don't put all your eggs in one basket.get an education…you can do both at same time...learn from books not mags and hear say...read about nutrition…experiment… always learn how your own body works.... be PATIENT!
