Did you know?
Less-advanced bodybuilders should do only 3 sets of each movement.

Improving your physique comes down to a balanced Nutritional plan, working with weights, and doing cardio on a consistent basis, and getting plenty of rest.

TeamDixon - Devin & Rolanda Dixon

Background

I would like to take this time to share with you who and where we come from. We, meaning TeamDixon. I'm by no means on this journey alone. TeamDixon is made up of Yours Truly, Devin Dixon, my beautiful wife, Rolanda Dixon, family and friends who support us on our journey to be the best at what we do eat, sleep, and train while being there for others as they reach their personal fitness goals.

I played baseball at Arizona State University. During the college year's bodybuilding became a priority. During my quest for the Mr. Arizona Title, a drunk driver hit me head on, and after several years of doing nothing very productive we decided to give bodybuilding one last shot, while running a personal training studio in Oceanside, CA. One On One Fitness & Training. Since then we have competed in 5 bodybuilding shows, proudly to say, improving with each show. My ultimate goal is to compete in and win the Mr. Olympia Title, as well as becoming the strongest man in the world.

Rolanda played basketball for Univ. of New Orleans and ran track during her college years. After college she got involved in Power Lifting. Later she was certified by ISSA as a personal Trainer and is now finishing here certification as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition. She currently owns her own business Independent Home Care Services (IHCS) specializing in post op plastic surgery care. She also works full time @ One On One Fitness and Training where she prepares Nutrition plans, teaches Core Training classes and trains our members.

Our main goal is to teach people how to eat, while promoting free weights. Improving your physique comes down to a balanced Nutritional plan, working with weights, and doing cardio on a consistent basis, and getting plenty of rest.
