Ingredients

  • 8 oz Water
  • 1 scoop of BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake (Flavor of your choice!)
  • 1 tsp of BCAAs
  • 1 tsp of Glutamine

Directions

  • In portable protein shaker, add water to protein powder, glutamine and BCAAs.
  • Shake until powder completely dissolves.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Pour water into blender.
  • Add powder.
  • Blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  • Add orange juice or cranberry juice and blueberries and blend another 15 seconds.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Water
  • 1 scoop of BSN Vanilla Lean Dessert Protein
  • 1/2 cup of Chai Tea Concentrate
  • 1 dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 dash of Ground Ginger

Directions

  • Pour water into blender.
  • Pour water into blender.
  • Add powder, Chai tea concentrate, cinnamon and ground ginger.
  • Blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  • Enjoy!

Cookies & Cream Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cold Water
  • 1 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Cookies & Cream Flavored Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 3 Chocolate Wafer Cookies

Directions

  • Pour water into the blender and add protein powder and blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  • Add cool whip and ice cubes; blend for 30 seconds on high.
  • Add cookies and blend on medium speed until mixed.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cold Water
  • 1 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Pour water into blender, add protein and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
  • Add peanut butter and blend for 30 more seconds.
  • Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth (about 30 more seconds).
  • Drink up!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cold Water
  • 1 packet BSN Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 small Banana
  • 6 frozen Strawberries

Directions

  • Blend cold water and whey protein for 30 seconds.
  • Add banana and blend for 30 more seconds.
  • Add strawberries and blend on high speed for 30 more seconds.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
