I've been back in the gym for 3 months now . I've made some gains and now I'm fat but want to compete in Aug. Not sure if I can get down low enough to do my first show. All natural as of now. Any suggestion?

Stay natural, and start putting on light cardio in the "fat burning range". Youll notive that most cardio machines in gyms will tell you what that is. For most people it is around 130bpm (were talking Heart Rate). Since your heart rate is lower than it would be than that of a run, you are using more fat as energy instead of carbs. It might not be the most fun and you really will not sweat much, but it is a sure thing that will also keep on your size. Good luck with your training.
