| Wow, you actually clicked on the button to read this article, huh? Sorry, all you workout guys and girls but I'm not going to give you any wonderful secret on how to get a freaky peak on your biceps or striations in your quads. I won't tell you that I enjoy barfing after a crushing set of squats or that I really enjoy packing protein bars and water bottles everywhere I go. However, what I want to do is help you get off your ass and do something with yourself. Do you train hard? Hell yeah! But could you train harder? Do you watch what you eat and supplement your diet with what you can? You bet. But do you do it all with thought, consistency, and with a goal in mind? Do you think you're strong? Of course. But could you be stronger by simply thinking about what you're doing and why? If I've intrigued you so far, read on. If not, enjoy your life and best of luck in all that you do. | These weigh 225 pounds each! |
My name is Corey St. Clair and I am here to help you become stronger, share with you what I have learned in the iron game and in the sport of strength athletics, and to guide you step by step through my training and competing as one of America's professional strongmen!
I currently reside in Eagle, Idaho and run my own personal training/sport conditioning company ST CLAIR STRENGTH AND FITNESS. Originally from Clearwater, Florida, I moved here in 1994 to pursue my degree in Health Promotion, Department of Kinesiology at Boise State University. Go Broncos!
