Chin To Chest Stretch

Tips: Place both hands at the rear of your head, fingers interlocked, thumbs pointing down and elbows pointing straight ahead. Slowly pull your head down to your chest.


Lying Neck Pull

Tips: Lie on your back with both legs bent, grasp the back on your head with your fingers, and slowly pull your chin down toward your chest. Try to keep your upper back in contact with the floor.

Tips: Standing up, slowly bow your chin to your chest. Roll your chin across your collarbone to your right shoulder. Now inhale here and exhale rolling your chin slowly across your collarbone to your left shoulder. Repeat this exercise five times.
