Why would anyone suggest red meat? Red meat increases cancer risk significantly.
In all developed nations beef cattle are raised on steroids, GMO grains, and even by products from their own slaughter.

Animals raised in mass factory farms are pumped full of antibiotics, hormones and other drugs (about 70 percent of all antibiotics and similar drugs produced in the United States are given to livestock and poultry), while being fed an unhealthy mix of pesticide-laden grains.

Lean beef is top food for muscle building...
but. but.. it is raised on steroids!! omg my **** must fall off from that! Or or i might die on my 40 years of age..
Sorry to disappoint you, but you may as well live until 100 years old even if you eat meat that is farm raised. IF it was so bad for your health it wouldnt reach the consumers.
Buying biologic stuff is a recent fashion that your ancestors didnt care about, and probably they lived more years than you will live eating all your bio and organic stuff.

Dude, you have been brainwashed by the ***** media. The only foods that are bad for you are those fast foods, candies, cakes and soda. Stuff that doesnt exist in nature, all kinds of rice, potatoes etc etc are good for you. Of course you should eat everything in moderation. If you eat 10 cups of brown rice you will get fat too..
