Matt covers the important anatomical/kinesiology points about the shoulder, the most movable joint in the body. He also discusses the bones of the shoulder joint, the rotator cuff and role of the delts.

The rotator cuff (musculotendinous cuff) is comprised of 4 main muscles:

  • Teres Minor
  • Infraspinatus
  • Supraspinatus
  • Subscapularis

Matt and Dan also cover tips about keeping the rotator cuff conditioned, as well as stretching tips. Also covered are the best exercises for building the shoulder muscles, and the exercises to avoid from a kinesiology standpoint.
